Please read item description carefully before placing your order. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All item(s) sold are brand new and in good condition unless otherwise stated in the description. Items are carefully inspected prior to posting on Aurora to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

I'll describe the item(s) as best as possible to reflect the actual size, fabric and detailings of each item. Please don't hesitate to enquire further if you require further clarification or more information.

All orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Item(s) will be reserved for 3 days from date invoice/payment advise is e-mailed to you. Item(s) will automatically be available for purchase again if no payment is received within that timeframe. Please let me know if you're having difficulties making payment.

Orders and correspondence are done via e-mail.  Please do check your e-mail regularly if you've made an order as payment advice will be e-mailed to you.

Genuine buyers only. If you are unable to commit to your orders, please do not submit the Order Form. Purchases are considered confirmed upon submission of the Order Form. Fake buyers will be blacklisted.

Prices displayed are non-negotiable and excludes postage/shipping costs and tax (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Item(s) will be sent out within the next 3 business days upon receipt of full payment.

All postage/shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer in full unless otherwise stated.

We will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred during posting/shipping.
