PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order is easy peasy. Just peruse the items available and fill in the order form at the top of the page.
Please include Item Code and Colour/Color in the Order Form. Where applicable, include item(s) Size as well yea.
I'll send you the payment details inclusive of postage/shipping charges within 3 days.
Since postage/shipment comes with tracking numbers, please provide your full mailing address in the Order Form. No P.O. Box (or equivalent) addresses please or I won't be able to send the item(s) to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
There are several payment methods accepted:
1. Via bank transfer/bank deposit to my CIMB or Maybank2u account.
2. COD - Kota Kinabalu & Penampang only (subject to availability)
3. PayPal - for International Customers
Once payment is made, simply reply to the e-mailed payment advise with proof of payment.
Please make payment within 3 days of receiving the payment details or the order will be cancelled automatically and items ordered will be up for grabs again.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
I will be using Pos Ekspres and Pos Laju to deliver items to you (except COD & International Customers).
Rates will be based on the rates fixed by Pos Malaysia. For more information, please check out their website here.
A tracking number will be given for all parcels delivered. You can check your tracking number on our tracking page here.
Items should arrive at your doorstep within approximately 1 to 3 days (within Malaysia).
